UCPB Savings Bank San Jose Batangas Branch is pleased to announce the successful addition of a new accredited entity under its KMSL (Kasama Mo Sa Loan) Program. This achievement is the result of thorough coordination and persistent efforts, from the initial courtesy visit, submission of the KMSL proposal, attendance at the Sangguniang Bayan hearing, to close coordination with LGU Ibaan, culminating in the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement with Hon. Mayor Jane A. Casas.
Notably, UCPB Savings Bank now joins the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) in offering financial services to the Municipality. It is the first savings bank to provide Salary Loan services, marking a strong and promising start for the partnership.
Through this program, employees of LGU Ibaan stand to benefit from accessible and convenient salary loans, with competitive interest rates, faster processing, and flexible repayment terms. This initiative enables them to manage personal financial needs effectively while promoting financial well-being.
In line with this expansion, the Branch’s new Marketing Specialist will contribute to the continuous growth of the KMSL Program, accreditation of more entities, and other initiatives.
