On Sunday, September 28, 2025, UCPB Savings Bank Dipolog branch proudly joined the 2025 Alay Lakad, in partnership with the local government of Dipolog and the Dipolog City Bankers Club. This annual event is dedicated to supporting the educational aspirations of less advantaged youth in the community.
This year’s theme, “Tamang Edukasyon ay Susi sa Magandang Kinabukasan” (Proper Education is the Key to a Brighter Future), echoes a shared belief that education is the foundation for building a better tomorrow.
For TEAM 870, taking part in this meaningful initiative was more than just walking side by side. It was a demonstration of collective responsibility to help create opportunities for the next generation. Every step during the event symbolized the team’s commitment to journey with young learners toward growth and achievement.
Through this meaningful collaboration between government, institutions, and the wider community, an affirmation that lasting progress is possible when everybody moves forward together. Alay Lakad is not merely a walk. It is a collective stride toward a future filled with promise.
