Five new housing sites are now open for prospective homebuyers with the MOA signing between UCPB Savings Bank (UCPBS) and Masaito Development Corporation (MDC). The “pang masa” affordable and upscale residential projects are available at Comelec Village – Brgy San Sebastian,Kawit Cavite, Lanello Heights – Brgy pasong Camachile II, General Trias Cavite, El Deia Heights (Phase 1) – Brgy De Ocampo & San Agustin, Trece Martires Cavite, El Palazzo Heights (Phase 2)- Brgy De Ocampo & San Agustin, Trece Martires Cavite and Monte Royale – Bry Alapan II, Imus City Cavite. These projects encompass 225 projected units, with a combined value of P710M.

The MOA signing was done at Phi. Axa Centre, Makati City on February 11,2025.  It was attended by MDC’s owner Joseph Wang, Fay Arianne W. Duong, Managing Director, and all the account officers from the Finance & Sales Department, Retail Lending Division Head- Alex Tizo and his team, supported Jolivetter Sayo, Branch Manager of UCPBS Alabang Branch.

UCPBS’s President and CEO, Lizette Margaret Mary J. Racela, reiterated that the Bank remains committed to a proactive and personalized service, corresponding to its tagline “Kasama Mo.”
