UCPB Savings Bank (UCPBS) has been honored with a Service Excellence Award from BancNet, recognizing the Bank’s outstanding performance and consistent commitment to high-quality service. The award was presented on December 16, 2025, during a ceremony in Makati City.
The recognition highlights UCPBS’s strong performance in ATM acquiring reliability, operational discipline, and overall service quality, factors that have played a key role in delivering a dependable banking experience for its clients. BancNet cited the Bank’s solid operational standards, particularly its efforts in ensuring reliable ATM services across the communities it serves.
UCPB Savings Bank currently operates 69 ATMs nationwide across its Branches and branch-lite locations. In some municipalities, UCPBS operates the only available ATM, underscoring its important role in improving financial access and promoting inclusion in underserved areas.
Aldwin D. Lopez, Head of the ATM Center and ATM Operations Department, and Carlo N. Tisbe, Application Development Department Head accepted the award on behalf of the Bank. The recognition reflects the collective hard work of the entire UCPBS team in maintaining strong service standards and operational excellence.
