UCPB Savings Bank inaugurated its first branch in Tagum City in the province of Davao del Norte last January 29, 2016. Located at Consuelo Business Center, Pioneer Avenue, Magugpo South Tagum City, the branch is near the public market, residential areas and commercial establishments.
The inauguration was led by UCPB Savings Bank President Angel H. Mojica, Director Primitivo Garcia, Branch Banking Division Head Emmanuel Abesamis, VisMin Region Head Rodney Jardiel, Branch Manager Dennis Suico, and valued clients Dr. Alex R. Valdez and Angeli Valdez-Llanes of Aldangeli Corporation.
UCPB Savings Bank is undertaking a major expansion in key cities and provinces to provide customers more convenience and improved access to its services. This year, the bank also inaugurated its branch in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. In 2015, it also opened five branches in Lingayen, Pangasinan; Borongan, Eastern Samar; Naga-Cebu in Cebu Province, Batac, Ilocos Norte and Mabalacat in Pampanga.
To date, UCPB Savings Bank has a total of 44 branches and 11 lending offices. The Bank was recently granted eight branch banking and four lending office licenses by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
