UCPBS Grows Its Kasama Mo Promise, Welcomes New Housing Loan Partner in Cavite

July 7, 2026

GEN. TRIAS, CAVITE, January 20, 2026 — For UCPB Savings Bank (UCPBS), “Kasama Mo” has always been more than a tagline. It’s a commitment to stand beside every Filipino family striving to achieve the dream of homeownership. It is a promise to be a trusted partner at every step of the journey. That commitment grew even stronger on January 20, 2026, when UCPBS formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Queenstown Development Corp. at the developer’s office in Gen. Trias, Cavite, officially welcoming the company into the Bank’s Real Estate Loan (REL) Accreditation Network.

Through this accreditation, more prospective homeowners in Cavite can now access UCPBS for Real Estate Loan financing when building homes with Queenstown Development Corp. The partnership further strengthens UCPBS’ growing network of accredited developers committed to providing accessible and affordable housing within thriving communities.

Milestones like this are made possible through the dedication of the people working behind the scenes. Leading the successful accreditation were Division Heads Dante R. Cortez of Consumer Lending and Veronica S. Sarmiento of Commercial Lending – Developers’ Accreditation, whose leadership, collaboration and teamwork helped bring the partnership to fruition.

“Every accreditation we complete is really about the families who will eventually walk through those doors as homeowners. Being Kasama Mo means showing up for our partners and our clients at every step, and this signing is proof that the work is paying off,” said Dante R. Cortez, Division Head.

The team also recognizes the valuable contributions of Dept. Head Sharon C. Carel, whose steady guidance and hands-on support throughout the accreditation process played an important role in bringing the partnership to completion.

“This milestone belongs to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make it happen. It’s a reminder that when we support each other, we’re better able to support the families counting on us,” said Sharon C. Carel.

The partnership marks a strong beginning to 2026 for UCPBS and reflects the Bank’s continuing commitment to expanding access to housing loan through meaningful partnerships. By growing its network of accredited developers, UCPBS continues to help make the dream of homeownership more attainable for Filipino families, remaining true to its promise of being Kasama Mo every step of the way.
